Troubleshooting Guide

| Switch does not operate electrically | Verify power supply on terminals 301-302 (208-277 VAC ±20%); confirm front selector is in AUT position; confirm contacts 313 and 317 are open; confirm green power LED is on and red fault LED is off; confirm contacts 63A/64A are closed (product available) |
| Cannot operate switch manually | Confirm front selector is in Manual position; confirm the unit is not padlocked; verify handle rotation direction; apply sufficient progressive force in the indicated direction |
| Electrical operation doesn’t match external order I/O | Verify the selected control logic wiring (impulse or contactor); check connector connections |
| Fault/Manual LED is on | Normal in Manual mode; in AUT mode, indicates an internal fault — cycle AUT to Manu and back to AUT to reset; also normal when contact 313 is closed with 317 (forced to Off); if it remains on abnormally, contact Socomec |
